The Communications Division leads a strategic communications and outreach activities for the Office of Neighborhood Safety and Engagement (ONSE) by ensuring that essential information about the nature and impact of ONSE activities, programs, services and events are accessible and delivered through multiple communication channels to stakeholders and the public.

The Communications Team promotes the agency by developing and implementing clear, consistent, and engaging strategies that enhance the public understanding of ONSE, its services, programs, and events, and its value to District of Columbia residents. It supports the agency by creating and  publishing materials vital to the office mission to inform and educate District residents about the office.
